Broadcasting (CTE)

Our broadcasting pathway introduces students to the fundamentals of broadcasting, editing, and production, while allowing them to express their individual creativity. Students learn the rules and ethics of journalism, along with the history of radio and television broadcasting. The program also teaches students how to film, edit, and produce creative video packages and "tell a story" using B-Roll footage, along with editing skills using programs such as Adobe Premiere and iMovie. Media courses include Broadcasting and Advanced Video Production.
