Advanced Placement and Honors
Half Moon Bay High School offers Advanced Placement (AP) and honors courses that challenge students academically, prepare them to take AP tests, and may allow them to earn college credits if they achieve a passing score on their AP tests. Cabrillo Unified School District has been named to CollegeBoard's Annual AP District Honor Roll for simultaneously achieving increases in access to AP courses for a broader number of students and maintaining or improving the rate at which AP students earned scores of 3 or higher on an AP Exam.
NOTE: Courses are offered annually based on enrollment and demand.
