Seniors - Important Information

Seniors, order your cap and gowns today! Your cap and gown will be shipped directly to the school the week before graduation.  The deadline is February 1, 2027. Jostens will be on campus on Thursday, September 9th, during lunch to assist with orders.

*Please photograph with CADY, the photography company, no later than October 15th, to make sure your portraits are ready by the Yearbook deadline of November 3rd, 2026!

There are lots of appointments available at their three studios; San Carlos, Hayward and San Jose.  There will be ONE in-house session for Senior Portraits on Saturday, September 12th from 11 am - 5 pm.  Scheduling will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  Schedule yours today!

If you choose to go with a private photographer, please email Ms. Acosta @ AcostaY@cabrillo.k12.ca.us to give us a heads up.  The photo will need to be emailed to us by the November 3rd deadline.  The backdrop used should be midnight blue, and only tux or drape can be used for the Yearbook pose.  Thank you!

HMBHS Diploma / Legacy Form

*Please Note: Only the Green Form will be accepted (that went home in the mailer at the end of August). Please see Ms. Acosta in the main office if you would like another copy of the green form.  Due no later than Nov. 3rd.

*Baby Photos are best submitted as 4 months, up to kindergarten days!  It is up to you, and your family's preference.  Keep in mind that higher resolution photos look best for the graduation slideshow.  Here is an example of how those photos look on the big screen, next to the Senior Portrait:
